摘要
切削用量优化是机械制造企业实现提高切削加工效率,降低生产成本的重要措施之一。以铣削加工为例,以MATLAB为开发平台,将内置的遗传算法与直接搜索工具箱(GADS)和MATLABGU二者进行有机结合,编制出基于遗传算法的切削用量优化软件。该软件界面友好,具有求解最大生产率优化,最低生产成本优化和多目标优化三种不同目标函数的功能,且切削用量优化过程方便、快捷。实例应用证明了方法的正确性和有效性,具有一定的应用价值。
Optimization of cutting quantity is one of the important measures in the manufacturing enterprises realize improve cutting efficiency and reduce production cost .Taking the milling for example and take MATLAB as the development platform,combined with Genetic Algorithm and the Direct Search Toolbox( GADS ) and MATLAB GUI,created the optimization of cutting quantity software based on Genetic Algorithm .This software with friendly interface,it can meet the need in terms of maximum productivity optimization, minimum production cost optimization, multi -objective optimization, optimization of cutting quantity is convenient and rapid,the application in a optimization problem proves validity and efficiency, it has a good application valve.
