摘要
针对某焊轨厂加工处理钢轨的落后现状,提出并设计了一个自动化程度、生产效率、可靠性、可操作性都非常高的除锈机床,并对该机床机械机构部分、液压系统和电气控制部分进行了设计。在对机床的电气控制部分,设计采用了三菱公司的FX2N系列PLC,使得控制稳定可靠,操作简单方便,功能强大。
Aiming at laggard complexion of machining rail in one weld rail factory,this paper presented and designed a machining tool for removing rust,which had some characteristics including high automation degree ,production efficiency,dependability and manipulation,and then,devised its machine organs ,hydraulic pressure system and electric controlling part. When it comes to electric controlling part, this system took the FX2N series PLC of the Mitusbush corporation as the core of this control system,this also made the control system more reliable and dependable ,the operation more convenient and brief and the function more strong. In addition, it described a detecting method practiced in factoU instance.
