摘要
针对宝钢2320冷轧机组工作中的上下轧机负荷不平衡问题,从轧制过程力学原理出发,研究由摩擦传递动力的六辊轧机负荷不平衡问题的形成机理,给出打滑是开始产生负荷不平衡起因,延时是增大负荷不平衡程度结果,给出由打滑引起负荷不平衡量的计算思想,采用MATHEMATICAL语言编制仿真程序,提供合理的技术指标,解决了打滑和负荷不平衡问题。
Baosteel 2320 units in the work of cold-rolled mill load imbalance from top to bottom, from the rolling process mechanics ,the study was conducted by the friction transmission dynamics of sixhigh mill load imbalance of the formation mechanism,is beginning to have given skid load imbalance causes of delay is the result of increasing the degree of load imbalance ,given the load imbalance caused by skidding Calculation thinking,the use of languages MATHEMATICAL simulation program,to provide reasonable technical indicators resolved skid and load imbalance.
