摘要
依据常规金属切削加工的特点和原理,对数控高速铣齿加工的铣削力大小进行监测。采用统计分析软件STATISTICA建立高速铣齿的切削力模型,分析铣削速度和进给速度对铣削力的影响,并以最大生产效率为目标,使用MATLAB对铣削用量进行优化分析,从而提高铣齿加工效率。
Make reference to the normal characteristics and principle of the metal-cutting processing,the milling force is monitored during the process of gear mill with the high speed NC gear milling machine tools.Utilizing the STATISTICA statistical analysis software,the model of cutting force is established to analysing the effect of cutting speed and feed speed to the cutting force .And taking the biggest production efficiency as a target and increasing the efficiency of milling gear, MATLAB is used to analyse the optimization of the cutting parametersin the NC milling process.
