摘要
基于虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS软件对某轮式装载机建模,并对其进行运动学及动力学仿真,检查装载机在运动工作过程中是否出现干涉,同时获得装载机各部件的运动学及动力学相应曲线,分析装载机结构设计及其受力情况是否合理,为装载机设计提供参考。
It is mainly to research and analyze the setup of virtual prototyping model of wheel loader by using ADAMS software based-on virtual prototyping technology,and to make kinematics and dynamics simulation,and to inspect the interference during working process. Then a series of relevant kinematics and dynamics curves ,which analyzed the wheel loader's physical design and its force condition or not,can be determined based on the above work,and they provide references for the engineers and technicians to design the wheel loader.
