橡胶注射机模具加热系统温度场数值模拟与实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 橡胶注射机模具温度场的均匀性直接影响橡胶硫化,而模具温度场的均匀性主要取决于热板的加热效果。由于没有科学依据,热板中热管的功率以及热电偶位置都是凭借经验进行选择,导致模具加热不均匀和温控精度低,直接影响橡胶注射机的使用性能,也是目前橡胶注射机企业碰到的最大难题。采用有限元法,对加热系统进行瞬态温度场模拟仿真,得到了合理的热管排布方式与热电偶位置,并通过实验,验证了分析结果切实可行。 Uniform thermal field of mould heating systerm in rubber inflecting machine is concerning the result of rubber vulcanization. As a mould heating parts ,hot plate play an important role in thermal field of mould heating systerm. Because there is no scienticific basis,the selection of heat pipe distri- bution and thermocouple position just depend on experience, the non-uniform temperature of hot plate and low precision of temperture control become the mian problom for companies which produce Injecting machine. It presents the analysis on the transient thermal field of hot plate by use of the finite element method,and obtain reasonable distribution of heat pipe and it proof feasibly in experiment.
