摘要
采用电致伸缩陶瓷微位移驱动器控制刀具进行实时误差补偿的方法明显提高轴类零件加工精度。阐明了微位移系统的补偿原理,描述出电致伸缩陶瓷的优点及蠕变特性,通过实验分析了电致伸缩陶瓷补偿系统在空载状态和轴向受弹性压力载荷时电压位移曲线的特性与差异,以此实现电致伸缩陶瓷驱动器的高精度开环微位移控制,在实际应用中亦有较高的实用价值。
The method that adopting the Electro-Ceramic telescopic micro-displacement actuator controls tool for real-time error compensation raises shaft machining accuracy obviously. It has clarified compensation principle of the micro-displacement system,described the advantage of the Electro-Ceramic telescopic and the creep characteristics ,analyzed the characteristics and the differences of the Electro-Ceramic telescopic compensation system the voltage-displacement curve in the state of empty cargo and the axis elastic pressure load,thus realized the high precision open-loop micro-displacement control of the Electro-Ceramic telescopic driver and it has the higher practical use.
