农用地分等中产量比系数对省际接边的影响研究——以湖北省为例

Research on the Impact of β Coefficient of Agricultural Land Classification on Provincial Bordering:A Case of Hubei Province

研究目的:寻求在不同二级区和不同耕作制度下,适宜农用地分等省际接边的产量比系数修正方法。研究方法:数理统计法、实证研究法和综合分析法。研究结果:经过产量比系数修正,(1)研究区域利用等指数能够与周边省份自然过渡;(2)研究区和周边各省的利用等指数与实际标准粮产量的相关趋势基本保持一致。研究结论:通过该方法修正后的农用地分等成果符合省内农用地质量分布趋势,能很好地满足省际接边要求,为全国农用地分等成果汇总提供了思路。

The purpose of the paper is to find out a method to amend the β coefficient suitable for the provincial bordering of the agricultural land classification in the different secondary district and different cropping systems. Methods employed include mathematical statistics, example study and comprehensive analysis. The results show that, by the adjustment of the β coefficient, （1）the use grade index in study area can naturally transit from the province to neighboring provinces;（2）the use grade index in the study area and its neighboring provinces are basically consistent with the relevant trends of the actual standard grain outputs. It is concluded that, the results of the agricultural land classification after adjustment through this method conform to the trend of the agricultural quality in the province, meet the demand of the provincial bordering as well and offer a new way to the integration of the results of agricultural land classification in China.
