稀土元素铈对Cu-Fe-P合金导电性和力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Rare-earth Element Ce on Electrical Conductivity and Mechanical Property of Cu-Fe-P Alloys

摘要 在Cu-Fe-P合金中添加稀土元素Ce,研究不同含量Ce对Cu-Fe-P合金的导电性、硬度、抗拉强度等性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素Ce能起到基体净化和晶粒细化的作用,从综合性能考虑,添加0.1%稀土元素Ce能够提高材料的导电性、硬度及抗拉强度。 The effects of different contents of Ce on the properties ( such as electrical conductivity, hardness and strength) of the Cu-Fe-P alloys were studied. It is showed that rare-earth element Ce could purity basal body, refine the grain. To consider the integrated properties, the best content element Ce is 0.1%.
