摘要 通过2次单因子试验,研究了BA(0.5 mg/L^5 mg/L)和NAA(0.1 mg/L^1 mg/L)在金边瑞香不定芽增殖培养中的作用。BA在诱导产生不定芽的过程中起着主导作用。BA浓度在0.5 mg/L时,培养6周产生的不定芽总数不多,但有效芽(>1 cm)相对较多,平均3.9个,随着BA使用浓度增加,产生的不定芽总数增多,但有效芽数量减少,BA浓度在3 mg/L以上时,平均只有1个有效芽。NAA浓度在0.2 mg/L^0.5 mg/L范围内,平均有效芽数在3.8~3.6个,浓度增加到1 mg/L时,有效芽数减少到平均1.8个。试验确定合适的不定芽增殖培养基为MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L。 The effects of BA(0.5 mg/L-5 mg/L) and NAA(0. 1 mg/L- 1 mg/L) on the propagation of adventitious bud of Daphan odora var. marginat were studied by a method of twice single factor test. BA played a leading act on the induction of adventitious bud. When the concentration of BA was on the level of 0.5 mg/L, the total number of adventitious bud induced was not much in 6 week period, but the number of effective bud ( 〉 1 cm) was relatively high, with the average of 3.9. Following the concentration of BA increased, the total number of adventitious bud induced increased as well, but the number of effective bud decreased ,when the concentration of BA was more than 3 mg/L, the average number of effective bud was only one. When the concentration of NAA ranged from 0. 2 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, the average number of effective bud was 3.8 - 3.6, as the concentration of NAA increased to 1 mg/L, the number of effective bud decreased to 1.8. The suitable medium for the multi- plication of adventitious bud was determined as MS + BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L.
