摘要
经济金融的全球化推动了越来越多的商业银行走出国门开展跨国经营,我国的国有商业银行也不例外。然而,在各大国有商业银行加速境外拓展、追求机构数量扩张的同时,如何实现自身的持续有效经营却是境外机构个体需要重视的基本问题。要解决好这一问题,作为经营管理主体的人就起到了尤为关键的作用。本文通过对我国国有商业银行境外机构人力资源管理的考察和分析,希望为国有商业银行境外机构在这方面的管理提供有益的建议。
In global economic environment, more and more commercial banks explore overseas market, and it is also the case with Chinese banks. However, compared with network building, continuously effective operation is the essential issue that begs our more attention. And human resources would play the vital role in achieving this operational goal. The article observes and analyzes human resource management of Chinese commercial banks overseas subsidiaries, and gives out valuable advices.
