摘要
采用热水煮提、配比不同浓度的乙醇从箬叶中提取水溶性、醇溶性提取物,正交实验表明:水提箬叶工艺条件为箬叶、水配比15g:200ml,110℃,时间120min,测得的吸光度值高;醇提的工艺条件为时间90min、温度60℃、乙醇质量分数90%时测得的吸光度值高。对超氧阴离子自由基清除能力,箬叶水提取物在浓度0.04~5.12mg/ml之间呈增长趋势,水提取物浓度为5.12mg/ml时,达到33.33%,乙醇提取物在浓度0.04~5.12mg/ml之间对超氧阴离子的清除能力呈负增长趋势;对羟基自由基清除能力,水提取物在浓度0.04~5.12mg/ml之间呈增长趋势,当浓度为5.12mg/ml时,达到13.88%;乙醇提取物在浓度0.04~5.12mg/ml之间呈负增长趋势,当提取物浓度超过0.64mg/ml时,呈负增长趋势显著增加,达-93.75%。箬叶水提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,有广泛的应用价值。
By using the method of boiling-water extraction, ethanol extraction and orthogonal, the water-soluble and extracts ethanol-soluble extracts were obtained from Indocalamus leaves, and the results showed that when the water-soluble extraction condition was at the ratio of material 15 g to liquid 200 ml, extracting temperature 110 ℃ and extracting time 120min, the absorbance tested was highest. The ethanol-soluble extraction condition was extracting time 90min, extracting temperature 110℃, and quality score 90%, and the absorbance tested was highest. In the experiment of scavenging activity to O^2-, the concentration of water-soluble extracts between 0.04-5.12mg/ml showed growing tendencies, when the concentration was 5.12 mg/ml, the scavenging rate was 33.33%. The ethanol-soluble extracts showed negative growing tendency between 0.04-5.12 mg/ml. In the experiment of scavenging activity to. OH, the concentration of water-soluble extracts between 0.04-5.12 mg/ml showed growing tendency, when the concentration was 5.12 mg/ml, the scavenging rate was 13.88%. The ethanol-soluble extracts showed negative growing tendency between 0.04-5.12 mg/ml. When the concentration exceed 0.64 mg/ml, negative growing tendency was significant, even reached -93.75%. In conclusion, the water-soluble extracts of Indocalamus tessellatus leaves had relatively strong antioxidant activity, so its application value is wide.
