Research on Flower Industry Competitiveness of Fujian Based on Diamond Model

运用波特的钻石模型对影响福建省花卉产业竞争力的主要因素进行剖析,得出劳动力、科技创新能力、区域市场需求、花卉流通体系、花卉产业结构和同业竞争以及机会和政府都对花卉产业竞争力产生影响;最后提出提升福建省花卉产业竞争力的途径,主要包括:增强花卉产业技术创新能力,提高产业的组织化程度,完善花卉市场流通体系,推进闽台花卉合作与交流和加大政策扶持力度。

The article qualitatively analyzed the factors of the international competitiveness of Fujian＇ s flower industry on the base of Porter＇ s diamond model, draw a conclusions that the labor force, the bility to technical innovation, the regional market demand, flower＇s circulation system, flower industrial structure and the trade or craft competition as well as the opportunity and the government all have the influence to promote the international competitiveness of Fujian＇ s flower industry; the last the paper obtained the conclusion that Fujian must strengthen the technical innovation, enhance the degree circulation system, promote flower industry cooperation and exchanges policies for flower industry development to promote the competitiveness of industry organization, improve the between Fujian and Taiwany, increase of Fujian＇ s flower industry.
