摘要
2004年7月—2005年6月在陕西省武功县以粉葛与药葛为调查对象,对葛藤根区AM真菌的定殖率和根区土壤的孢子数量进行了周年性调查。调查结果初步表明:不同品种间葛藤根区AM真菌定殖率不同,且随植物的生长周期呈现不同的变化趋势。粉葛的泡囊定殖率和总定殖率最高值出现在2005年3月份,最低值出现在4月份;药葛的总定殖率和泡囊定殖率最高出现在2005年1月份,最低值出现在6月份。2品种菌丝与丛枝的定殖率变化规律基本一致,高峰期都出现在冬季,低峰期则出现在春末夏初。葛藤根区AM真菌的孢子密度最高值出现在夏季,最低值出现在冬季,与丛枝定殖率呈正相关。AM真菌的产孢高峰期与葛藤的生长旺季相一致。
AM fungi colonization and spore density were investigated in the Rhizospere of Pueraria lobata at Shaanxi Wugong from 2004 to 2005, studied the AM fungi Seasonal characteristic changes. The results shows: AM fungi colonization is different in the different Pueraria and changes by the lobata' s grow. The versicular colonization and total colonization of Fenge maximal occurred in March 2005, the minimal value occurred in April 2005, but the Yaoge ' s maximal occurred in Jan 2005, the minimal occurred in Jun 2005. Hypha and arbuscular colonization have same orders in the two breeds, fastigium occurred in summer and low occurred in late spring and early summer. Spore peak produced in summer and minimum value produced in winter. It had positive correlation with abuscular colonization. Spore density consists with the growth prosperous of lobata.
