摘要
按照循环经济的规律和山西省资源型区域生产方式的特点，在研究编制《山西省循环经济总体规划（2008-2012）》时，提出了山西省循环经济发展的指导思想和基本原则、战略目标、重点任务以及推进的策略和实现的途径。
According to the features of cyclic economy law and the characteristics of regional production mode with re- sources, the paper puts forward the guiding thought, basic principle, strategic target, key task, promotion tactics, and ways to realize the cyclic economy development of Shanxi Province while researching and drawing up ＂The Overall Plan of Cyclic Economy of Shanxi Province＂.
