室内空气中苯含量的气相色谱分析方法的比较 被引量:3

摘要 室内环境中苯的来源主要是建筑装饰中使用的大量化工原材料,如涂料、填料及各种有机溶剂等,经装修后挥发到室内。苯已经被世界卫生组织确定为强烈致癌物质。用热解吸气相色谱法以及溶剂解析气相色谱法测定室内空气中苯的含量的二种分析方法已建立,通过这两种气相色谱法在毛细管柱和填充柱中的测定结果,对各自的灵敏度,精密度和样品回收率进行对比,选择毛细管热解析气相色谱法是最适合的分析方法。 The benzene indoor mainly stem from a plethora of raw materials of chemical industry used in building decoration such as coating, stuffing and all sorts of organic melting agent etc ,which all contain scores of organic compounds, vaporizing after embellishment indoor. Benzene has been defined by WHO as the substance causing cancer. Thermal desorption gas chromatography and solvent desorption gas chromatography have been establishod for determining benzene in indoor air. Through the comparison of the result generated by this two methods, we investigate the susceptiveness, stability and percent recovery on their respects, thermal desorption gas chromatography with capillary column has been have adapted as the most suitable analysis methods.
