简述了植物抗病基因的结构特点,介绍了利用RGA法克隆的抗病基因同源序列及其应用,对RGA法的应用前景进行了展望。
The structure characteristics about plant disease-resistant gene was summarized, the same sequences of cloned disease-resistant genes by RGA and its applications were introduced. At last, the application prospect of RGA was expected.
