摘要
热模型保护是电动机在启动和运行期间的主要保护,需要根据电机参数以及负荷特性进行整定。结合宝钢的实践应用,通过分析过热保护的数学模型和实现原理,给出了保护相关参数的设置以及计算方法。根据仿真结果对比分析,热模型保护能够吻合电动机的运转特性,保障电动机的安全可靠运行。
Thermal model protection is main protection during start-up and running time. The setting function must accord to the parameters of the motor and load characteristics. On the basis of Baosteel practical application and via analysis of the mathematical model of thermal overload and the implementation principle, the relevant parameter settings of protection as well as the method of calculation were given out. According to comparative analysis of the simulation results, thermal model protection can match the characteristics of the operating motor and guarantee the motor runs safely and reliably.
