摘要
采用电导法对3种桉树的叶片经过人工低温处理,以叶片相对电导率(REC)变化作曲线,并结合Logistic方程分别计算3种桉树叶片组织的低温半致死温度(LT50),以此评价3种桉树在泰安地区的抗寒性。结果表明,3种桉树的抗寒性相对强弱顺序为:三脉桉(Eucalyptus stellulata)(亮果桉(Eucalyptus nitens)(粉绿桉(Eucalyptus glaucescens)。
With Logistic equation,3 species of Eucalypt were dealed with a series of artificial low-temperature and measured relative electric conductivity. The curves of REC against different treatment of temperatures were represented using Logistic equation. Then we would calculate the semilethal tenmperature(LT50). The results was as follow:The cold tolerance of 3 cultivars decreased in the order of ‘ E. stellulata', ‘ E. nitens',‘ E. glaucescens'.
