摘要
油水两相混合流动是输油管路中经常遇到的流动现象,其流动规律研究具有重要的科学价值和广泛的工程应用价值。利用FLUENT软件对油水两相流在变径管中的流动进行模拟发现,管路内压力、速度在管径突然变化的区域有明显变化,且随含油量的不同其变化程度也有所不同。通过模拟分析突变管内油水两相流动规律,为实际油品输送提供一定的参考依据。
Coeurrent flow of two immiseible liquids such as oil and water in pipes is a common occurrence in the Petroleum industyr. Dynamic flow characteristics of oil-water mixtures are of importance and Significance in applications and science research. The flow in expansile and contractible pipes were simulated by the software of FLUENT. Pressure and velocity have obvious change in the variant pipes, with different transformation for differnent content of oil. By the simulation study, some reference could be provided to the transportaion in practical pipelines.
