摘要
合成了Ar分别为C_6H_5-,m-CH_3C_6H_4-,O-CH_3OC_6H_4-,p-CHOC_6H_4-和P-Cl-C_6H_4-的ArOCH_2CH(OH)CH_2NHR(R=3-吡啶甲酰基)五个新化合物。在反应过程中,对中间体进行鉴定时,发现肼解产物为相应的ArOCH_2CH(0H)CH_2NH_2和邻苯二甲酰肼的混合物,而不是象Hermann J. Roth所报道的单一化合物Ⅶ。
In order to find some new β-blocker with the type ofβ-hydroxyamine, We synthesized five new compounds with the formula ArOCH2CH(OH)CH2NHR (R=3-pyridine-carbonyl), the Ar is C6H5-, m-CH3C3H4-, o-CH3OC6H4-, p-CH3OC6H4- and p-ClC6H4-re-spectively.As we determined the intermediates of the reactions, we found that the hydrazino-lysis product is a mixture of the corresponding ArOCH2CH(OH)CH2NH2 and phthalhyd-razide. That is different with the report of H. J. Roth in 1958, in which the hydrazi-nolysis product is a single compound 1-(γ-Aryloxy-β-hydroxy)-propyIamino-phthalazi-none(Ⅶ).
