摘要
本文主要介绍了梅钢高炉采用一喷三喷煤技术的气力输送控制原理,将气体动力学理论知识与现场实践相结合,经过不断的系统调试和参数优化,解决了喷吹过程中煤流波动大、系统不稳定的问题。另外,根据气体等熵流动理论,在各支管上安装一根陶瓷阻损管,解决了各风口喷煤量不均匀的难题。
It is introduced that aerodyuamic transportation Control principle of pulverized coal injection in meishan BF which adopts one for three new technics,Based on aerodynamic transportation and experiments, by testing System Commissioning and optimizing parameters , resolved the problem of coal injection fluctuate and system instability. Otherwise, basis on isentropic gas flow theory, fixing each individual line comprises a ceramic throttle, which guarantees an accurate coal distribution in each line connected.
