浅谈铝电解生产母线零点漂移的解决方法

摘要 在铝电解正常生产中,由于电解槽绝缘老化或施工中遗留金属导体的搭接,系统存在着大量的电流泄露点,电解系列零电位发生漂移,造成基础设施电腐蚀增加,局部电解槽对地电压升高,生产过程中往往会出现电解槽打火现象,对电解生产、设备和人身安全造成了很大的威胁,本文通过加装零点漂移测量装置来解决该难题。 In aluminum electrolysis regular production, because the electric tank insulation gets older or in the construction leaves behind the metallic conductor joining, the system has the massive electric current revelation spot, the electrolysis series zero electric potential has the drifting, causes the infrastructure galvano-cautery to increase, the partial electric tank to place voltage magnification, in the production process will often present the electric tank flame phenomenon, to the electrolysis production, the equipment and the personal safety posed the very big threat, this article has solved this difficult problem through the addition zero drifting metering equipment.
