中外健美操运动员难度动作比较与分析

Comparison and Analysis on the Difficult Movements of Chinese and Foreign Aerobics Athletes

通过对2006年世界健美操锦标赛国内外运动员在男单、女单、混双、三人、六人五个项目的前8名40套动作中所选的难度动作进行比较与分析。结果表明:我国运动员在高分值的难度动作的选择上少于国外运动员;在动作的选择上多样性表现不足;在所选难度动作的完成上与国外运动员还存在一定的差距。

Through the methods of sport observation and film watching, the author compares and analyzes the Individual man, Individual Woman, Mixed pair,Trio, Group of the 2006 Word Aerobics Championships. The results show that： The high percentile difficult movement of the athletes in our country is less than that of the choice of foreign athletes. In action on the choice of inadequate performance of diversity; there is still a gap in the completion of the selected difficulty with the movement of foreign athletes.
