摘要
从牛初乳的生理功能和营养特征出发,阐述了近几年国内外运动员口服牛初乳对运动能力影响的可能机制及现状,探讨了运动员口服牛初乳可能存在的问题,展望了其作为运动功能性食品开发的前景。
From the physiology function and the nutrition characteristic of Bovine colostrum, the author daborates the possible mechanism for domestic and foreign athletes taking the bovine colostum to the movement ability and the present situation in recent years, and discusses the problems which the Bovine colostrum possibly existed,and its prospect to the movement function food development.
