表象训练理论是铅球技术教学研究的一个重要课题。表象训练是指在暗示语的指导下,在头脑中反复想象某种运动动作或运动情景,从而提高运动技能和情绪控制能力的方法,是教练员、运动员和体育运动心理学工作者运用得最为普遍的一种心理技能训练方法,被视为心理技能训练的核心环节。结合在铅球技术教学训练实践,就表象训练理论的作用进行探讨,以期为深化教学改革,优化教学中的技能学习,提高教学质量提供参考。

The representation training theory is a important topic in shot technology teaching and researeh.The representation training is refers to under the suggestion language instruction,imagines some kind of movement or the movement scene repeatedly in the brains,thus enhances the movement skill and the mood control method, which is the most universal psychological skill training method for the trainer, the athlete and the sports psychology worker. Through the shot technology teaching training practice, this paper puts forward some countemeasure, and proposals on the theory＇s basic introduction and utilization.
