摘要
通过对北京体育大学散打专项教学课和选修课课堂教学现状的调查对比分析表明:散打训练课和选修课的课程成绩考核都突出了技能的考核,但专项训练课考核过于单一,选修课则缺乏对技术运用能力的考察;专项训练课的练习密度和强度都明显高于选修课;专项训练课学生的学习动机需要进一步引导,防身自卫是选修课学生选择散打的第一动机;影响专项训练学生兴趣的首要因素是场地器材,对于选修课学生,影响的首要因素则是目标和动力。
Based on the researches of the actual operations of the Sanda training couises and the optional courses,this paper arrives at the following conclusions:the airm of the Sancta training courses and the optional courses are all quite ambiguous, lacking national features;the tests of these courses all focus on the techniques,however,the tests of the Sanda training courses ignone other aspects and the tests of the optional courses lack in examing the ability of using the tequeniques; the Sanda training courses have better frequency and intensity than the optional courses; the students of the optional courses should be better motivated and now their foremost motivation is to learn the techniques of protecting themselves; the most important factor affecting the students' interest in attending the training courses is the playground and the equipment while for the students in the optional courses it's the aim and the motivation that count.
