摘要
通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计和逻辑分析等研究方法,对中原地区8所普通高校公共体育部武术教师队伍的结构、学历、职称、学术水平以及武术教学的状况等进行相关调查与分析。调查结果表明,武术教师队伍呈现出以中青年武术教师为主;高学历、高技术、高职称武术教师匮乏,部分青年武术教师还不能独立承担理论教学工作;部分武术教师对前途担忧、缺乏信心,科研水平较弱、学术氛围不浓等现象,针对这些存在的问题,笔者在文章中提出了相应对策与建议。
With methods of literature, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the article investigates and analyzes the structure, education, pro-fessional title, academic standard of martial arts teaching contingent and the teaching state of the martial ats of eight University' public physical educational departments in the Central Plains region. The findings show that there are some phenomena such as the contingent of teachers are mainly made of young and middle- aged martial arts teachers;highly educated,high - tech,high - Title martial arts teacher are deficient and some young martial arts teachers are incompent to undertake theory teaching independently yet; some martial arts teachers are worried about the future and lack of confidence, their level of scientific research is rather weak and the academic atmosphere is not strong.As for these existing problems,the author in his article proposes corresponding countetemeasures and suggestions.
