Outward Bound enters into the physical curriculum of colleges with its characteristics. This paper makes a discussion about the mode of organization and management about developing Outward Bound activity in colleges. It argues that the obstacles and borders between various subjects and departments should be broken according to the college education and teaching features as well as the specific situation of the college,and that the apparent effects can be shown only by adopting different modes or multiple forms of organization.
