摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法,对天津市15所高校体育场馆资源利用状况进行调查分析。结果表明天津市15所高校的体育场馆分布状况差异较大,距教育部[2004]6号文件规定的基本配备要求有一定距离。同时,体育场馆有偿开放和无偿开放在服务内容、对象、时间和收入分配上也有很大区别。
With methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics, the utilization of the stadiums resources on 15 colleges and universities in Tianjin are investigated. The results show that a total of 65 indoor gymnasia, outdcor stadiums 683, student area of about 4.4 ra2, less than 4.7 m2 un- der the Ministry of Education stardards. The distribution of the stadiums in 15 colleges and universities in Tianjin has the larger differences, from the Ministry of Education [2004] 6,the previsions of the basic requirements with a cerlain distance.The great differences that the stadiums opening are paid and unpaid in the service, clients, time and income distribution.
