简要介绍了在全省统一的新一代高精度基础地理空间信息框架下的建立地方测量基准的必要性。通过分析高程归化改正、高斯投影改正对测边的影响详细阐述了在不同地域选择合适的模型建立"数字城市"地方基准。文中对常见几种数学模型示例讲述实现方法及其局限性,以便为"数字城市"建设选择合适测量基准。
This paper introduces the reunification of the province in a new generation of high - precision on the basis of geospatial information within the framework of the establishment where the need for benchmarks.
