The management system on mapping production is s an important work. The development of digital mapping and surveying require to change the traditional management methodsand models, and to take a more rigorous and efficient management. By analysing of the actual process of mapping,to develop a management system on mapping production based on workflow,which close to the actual production of surveying and mapping. The article details the core functions of the system with the characteristics and development process,the system in Xuzhou Surveying and Mapping Institute has used widely, and made encouraging economic and social benefits.
