摘要
结合目前我国城乡土地登记资料管理的实际情况,将土地登记资料进行计算机信息管理,采用VB、Delphi等主流面向对象的程序语言作为开发工具,以MapInfo作为图形数据处理平台,以MapX为开发控件,以SQLServer 2000作为数据库管理系统,使数据库和图形相结合,实现资料查询和数据提交服务器,有效地加快了相关数据的采集速度,扩大了数据共享覆盖面,提高了公众资源信息的透明度,并对其管理系统的设计思路、模块分析、功能设计进行阐述。
According to the present actual situation of city and countryside registration of land document management in our country ,Land registration material is managed through computer. Using VB ,Delphi and other mainstream object -oriented programming language as a development tool,Taking Maplnfo as a graphics data processing platfoml,Adopting MapX as a development control software, Using SQLServer2000 as a database management system, the system make database and graphics combine together and realize the material inquiry and the data submi＇ssion to a server. Speeding the related data to collect speed availably ,expanding the data sharing coverage ,raising the clarity of public resources information, Meanwhile ,this system further elaborates the design approach of the management system, the module analysis ,the function design.
