The paper mostly researched the three dimensional dynamic demonstration of the newly built dwelling. The construction design of the system using the three dimensional geographic information system software--VRMap4. 0 professional version, from dwelling scene constructing, to after - developments of VBA in VRMap, fully demonstrated three dimensional simulation and the GIS analysis function union by the VRMap, thereby to the inhabitants, the policy -makers as well as the land agents, the convenience would be brought.
