在构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,倡导以"尽己之责"等为基本内涵的责任伦理精神有着重要的现实意义。新时期,应大力培育公民关爱生命、关心他人、遵守公德、参与公共生活、回馈社会、爱国奉献、保护生态文明的责任伦理精神,着力加强公民责任伦理教育,构建"各尽其责"的伦理文化,完善尽责与失责的奖惩机制,推进社会主义公民道德建设。
