摘要
介绍基于单片机的袖珍辐射检测报警仪的软硬件设计和可以提高测量精度的Time-to-Count技术的测量方法,并依据Time-to-Count技术理论,设计出较为实用的简易袖珍辐射检测报警仪的电路。该仪器由G-M计数管、信号调理电路、单片机控制电路、液晶显示、报警电路及电源变换电路等部分组成,具有低功耗、高性能、检测精度高、维护方便、体积小巧、操作简单等特点,并具有广泛的应用前景。
Software and hardware designs of a pocket-sized radiation detection alarm device based on monolithic integrated circuit and measuring method of Time-to-Count technology are introduced. This method can improve the measuring accuracy. Circuits of the pocket-sized radiation detection alarm device were designed based on Time-to-Count technology. The device consists of G-M counting tube, signal dealing module circuit, monolithic module circuit, liquid crystal display, alarm circuit and power conversion circuit. It has the advantages of low power consumption, high performance, high accuracy, easy maintenance, small size, simple operation.
