摘要
根据沉淀结晶原理,采用返晶浆沉淀黄饼的工艺。该工艺避免了局部过酸或局部过碱现象,可使酸性铀解吸合格液中80%以上的铀沉淀,并能生产出粗粒级的黄饼产品,产品水分在30%以下,铀质量分数约60%。返晶浆沉淀工艺简单、节能降耗,有利于环保,有利于自动化大生产,可在酸法开采矿山中推广应用。
A precipitation process of returning slurry is introduced. The partial high acid or high alkali phenemena is avoided by returning slurry according to precipitating crystallization theory. Using this process, 80% uranium is precipitated from acidic liquor, coarse yellow cake product is produced, water content of the obtained product is less 30%, and uranium content is about 60% without water washing.
