雅砻江下游梯级电站群中长期优化调度模型及其算法研究 被引量:19

Study on the mid-long term optimal operation model and its algorithm for cascade hydropower stations on the lower-reach of Yalong River

摘要 雅砻江下游河段流量丰沛稳定,电站分布集中,电站经济指标和开发条件优越,发电效益和综合效益显著。为指导雅砻江下游梯级电站联合优化运行,建立了中长期优化调度模型,利用POA(逐步优化算法)求解模型。求解模型时考虑了各种约束,得到计算结果较为满意,显著提高了水库效益。 The lower reach of the Yalong River has plenty and stable flows, the cascade hydropower stations as planned have many economic and favorable development conditions and contribute prominent benefits of electric energy and others. In order to instruct the mid-long term optimal operation plan for the cascade hydropower stations on the lower-reach of Yalong River, a model of optimal operation is established. The POA is applied to solve the model, some kinds of constrains are considered. The optimal result demonstrates that the model is reasonable, and the benefit of reservoirs is great.
