摘要
从消费者行为选择角度出发,并引进品牌因素研究了防范上市公司合谋问题。我们的研究发现,在消费者有限理性的前提下,消费者借助于品牌因素来进行投资决策和购买决策,可以间接改善公司治理、防范其合谋行为,最后提出了自己的政策建议。
To view from the behavior choice of consumers, this study introduces the brand factor to study the issue of collusion prevention. The study indicates that, under the premise of consumer's limited sense, the consumers take advantage of brand factor to make decision on investment and purchase. This may improve the corporate governance and prevent collusion behavior indirectly. Finally some proposals are put forward in this study.
