摘要
在当前复杂多变的环境下,如何提升工会的不断学习和自我更新能力至关重要。在回顾学习型组织理论和实践的基础上,构建了学习型工会评价指标体系,提出从学习型文化、组织管理、学习效果、主体修炼和外部环境适应五个方面对学习型工会进行评价。同时建立了学习型工会模糊综合模型,并结合实例对学习型工会模糊综合模型的应用进行了分析。
It is very important for labor union to improve their learning and innovative abilities in the complex and changing environment. On the basis of reviewing related theories, this paper establishes an index system for evaluating learning labor union. It is pointed out that we can evaluate learning labor union from learning culture, organization and management, learning effect, training of principal part and adjusting of environment. Simultaneously, a comprehensive fuzzy model for learning labor union is proposed, and its application is analyzed combined with an example.
