摘要
《中华人民共和国律师法》的修定公布,成为牵动数万律师神经的热点话题。律师在办理刑事案件中,面临着巨大的职业风险。建立健全律师执业保障机制,特别是执业豁免权等权利,将是对刑事辩护事业发展的巨大推动。刑事诉讼中的律师执业豁免权,是犯罪嫌疑人、被告人辩护权的一种延伸,也是现代法治国家应当赋予律师一项重要内容。
The amendment and promulgation of the Attorney Law of the People＇s Republic of China has recently become a hot issue among thousands of lawyers in China. In handling criminal cases,lawyers are faced with high professional risks. To establish and develop a professional system for safeguard of lawyers, particulcarly for their rights, the right of professional immunity as such,will greatly promote the development of criminal defense. Lawyers＇ right of professional immunity in criminal suit, an extension of the defence right of the suspected and the accused,is what a country with law-government should confer on lawyers.
