摘要
普通的球化退火工艺的缺点是冷却速度慢,生产周期长,效率低.本文分析了T8钢形变球化退火机理并建立了形变球化退火机理.试验通过对试样加热到820~840℃,保温10min后进行热形变处理,然后再将试样加热到700℃,保温60min后随炉冷却.在制得金相观察试样后,用扫描电镜观察,结果得到了比较理想的球化珠光体组织.因此,通过形变球化退火热处理可以达到节能和提高生产效率的目的.
In view of the disadvantages, such as slow cooling rate, long production period, and low efficiency of the conventional spheroidizing process, a new annealing process, i.e. deformation-spheroidizing one was proposed for T8 steel, in which a procedure of heating to 820 - 840℃ and holding for 10 min, deformation heat treatment, reheating to 700℃ and holding for 60 min, followed by furnace cooling, was conducted, and the relevant spheroidization mechanism elucidated in the present paper. It was found by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) observations that a well spheroidized pearlitie microstructure was obtained, thus suggesting that the new, deformation spheroidizing annealing process is good at saving energy and enhancing production efficiency.
