产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌的耐药基因序列分析 被引量:2

Sequencing analysis of drug resistance gene of ESBL -producing Klebsiella pneumoniae in Shenyang City

摘要 目的研究沈阳地区产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(extended-spectrumβ-lactamases,ESBLs)肺炎克雷伯菌的基因型分布。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增分离31株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌株的TEM型、SHV型及CTX-M-1型ESBLS基因,1%琼脂糖凝胶电泳,回收DNA片段,测序分析各基因型在耐药的产超光谱β-内酰胺酶肺炎克雷伯菌株中的分布。结果TEM-1、SHV-1、CTX-M-1基因扩增阳性率分别为58.0%、90.3%、16.1%。结论分离的ESBLs阳性的肺炎克雷伯菌存在多个耐药基因。 Objective To investigate the genetic distibution of extended-spectrum β-1actamases- (ESBLs) producing Klebsiella pneurnoniae in Shenyang City. Methods The genotypes of TEM, SHV, CTX-M-1 ESBLs gene of ESBL- producing Klebsiella pneumoniae isolated from inpatients in the Fisrt and Second Affiliated Clinical Hgospital of China Medical University were amplified by using PCR and the DNA fragments were recovered after electrophoresis with 1% aglucose gel. Then seqquence analysis was conducted for investigating the distribution of drug resistant genetic strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae. Results The positive rates of genotypes of TEM, SHV, CTX-M-1 ESBLs gene were 58.0%, 90.3%, 16.1%, respectively. Conclusion There are several drug resistant genotypes in the isolated ESBLs- producing Kle b s iella p ne umoniae.
