摘要
目的探讨寻常型银屑病(psoriasis vulgaris,PV)患者皮损中β防御素2(humanβ-defensin-2,hBD-2)mRNA表达水平及其与嗜脂性马拉色菌相关性。方法以真菌镜检和培养法检测30例寻常型银屑病患者皮损皮屑中是否存在马拉色菌,同时应用逆转录(RT)-PCR的方法检测该30例寻常型银屑病患者皮损和15例正常人皮肤中hBD-2mRNA的表达水平。结果寻常型银屑病患者皮损皮屑中的hBD-2mRNA表达水平马拉色菌阳性组高于阴性组,两者与正常人比较,表达均高于正常人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时阳性组的平均PASI分值高于马拉色菌阴性组。结论寻常型银屑病患者皮损皮屑中存在马拉色菌可能是导致皮损中hBD-2mRNA表达升高的原因,推测马拉色菌可能参与寻常型银屑病患者皮损局部的免疫反应,进而可能与银屑病相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation of β-defensin-2 (hBD2) in the skin lesions of psoriasis valgaris (PV) patients With Malassezia. lipophilic infection. Methods The scales of 30 psoriasis vulgaris patients around the biopsy positions were tested under microscope and for culture.The expression levels of hBD-2 mRNA in the skin lesions of 30 PV patients and 15 normal control were semiquantitatively analyzed by RT-PCR. Results In the skin lesions of PV patients, the expression levels of hBD-2 mRNA of Molassezio. lipophilic positive group were higher than the negative one. And the expression levels of the above two groups were all higher than that of control group, showing statistical significanee(P〈0.01).At the same time, the PASI scores of the positive group were higher than that of the negative group. Conclusion Malassezia. lipophilic in the skin lesions of PV may be the cause of the high expression of hBD-2mRNA. Malassezio. lipophilic may cause the immunological reaction in the skin lesions of PV patients. And it is probably associated with the pathogenisis of PV diseases.
