东莞市淡水鱼华支睾吸虫感染情况调查

Survey of infection status of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fish in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province

目的了解目前东莞地区淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。方法在渔场和鱼塘采集鲩鱼110条和非洲鲫鱼217条,采用消化法检查淡水鱼肉中的华支睾吸虫囊蚴。结果鲩鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染率约为82.72%,非洲鲫鱼未检出囊蚴。结论东莞地区鲩鱼中存在华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染,且感染率较高。

Objective To understand the infection status of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fishes from Dongguan region of Guangdong province. Methods With the digestion method, the encysted metacereariae of Clonorchis sinensis were dete4eted in the muscles of freshwater fishes collected from fish farms and ponds of Dongguan region. Results The infection rates of Clonorchis sinensis in freshwater fishes Ctenopharyngodon ideUus and Tilapia mossambica were 82.72% （91/110） and 0 （0/217）, respectively. Conclusion There is infection of the encysted metacereariae of Clonorchis sinensis in Ctenopharyngodon idellus in Dongguan region and its infection rate is higher.
