摘要
天文学是一门古老而现代的基础学科。在我国,天文学是最早发展起来的自然科学之一。广东天文学的发展和传播很早。文章简要梳理了清代以前广东天文学的发展和传播情况,认为天文学在广东发展和传播的主要原因是地域优势和人文环境。
Astronomy is both an ancient and modem natural science subject. It is one of the earliest natural sciences, developed in Guangdong, located in the south of China. This paper provides a brief review of the development of astronomy in Guangdong before the Qing dynasty. Also, it investigated the causes of the early development. In the paper, it is further argued that this development is attributed to the regional superiority of being close to the ocean and a good humanistic environment.
