摘要
针对石油钻井投资大、钻具的采购和使用难以进行有效的计划管理的现状,分析钻井企业钻具的一般管理流程,将企业资源计划(ERP)管理思想与石油钻井钻具管理相结合,运用面向对象的方法,提出了基于ERP的面向对象钻具管理系统的概念和模型,给出了系统的软件体系结构和信息组织模式.通过开发钻具管理信息系统,达到优化钻井企业管理过程、提高效益、降低成本、控制费用的目的,实现钻具从定额、计划、采购到库存等各资源信息的统筹优化集成管理.
According to the current situation that oil drill investment is large and it is difficult to manage the drill tools effectively,this paper analyzes the drill tools management process. By combining the management ideas of ERP with the oil drill management and using object--oriented technology, the new oil drill tools management concept and model based on ERP is put forward. The software architecture and the information organization model are given in the paper to achieve the optimized and integrated management of the drill tool about quantity plan, procurement and inventory.
