糖尿病人褥疮的护理

Nursing of Diabetes with Bedsore

目的探讨治疗糖尿病人褥疮的护理方法。方法对15例糖尿病合并褥疮患者进行全身护理与局部创面相结合,避免受压,同时严格控制血糖,避免代谢紊乱。结果糖尿病合并褥疮患者血糖控制平稳,褥疮恢复良好,取得较好临床效果。结论全身护理增强病人体质,局部褥疮护理用药利于形成健康的肉芽组织,从而促进褥疮的愈合,两者结合对此类患者褥疮愈合具有明显促进作用,取得较好疗效。

Objective To study the nursing of diabetic bedsore. Methods 15 patients with diabetic bedsore were carried with systemic nursing and local nursing. All patients blood glucose were strictly controlled. Results Blood glucose of the patients were well controlled and bedsore healed. Conclusions systemic nursing and local nursing are more effective in treating diabetic bedsore and hyperglycemia. It can rapidly correct metabolic disorder and improve the quality of life.
