降低房屋面积测算风险的探讨

摘要 房屋面积测绘具有工作量大、服务对象众多、直接参与市场的特点。文章分析房屋面积测绘中容易发生风险的原因,从房屋面积测绘的精度、共有部位的认定、测绘结果的形式及《规范》的包容性几个方面,探讨如何降低房屋面积测算风险,营造防范风险的良好环境。 measuring and calculating building area covers the characters of having amount of work, serving customers, directly participating the market. The paper mainly analyzes the reasons of causing risks in measuring and calculating building area. Like the accuracy of measuring and calculating, confirmation of the common location, the form of measuring result and several aspects about "contain nature" in property measure norms. Finally to give suggestions on how to reduce the risk s in measuring and calculating building area and to build a better environment of keeping risks away.
