A Study of the Strategies for the Economic Development in the Pan-Pearl River Delta Based on Systemic Dynamics

以系统动力学核心思维视角对泛珠区域经济发展建立基本分析框架,从区域经济发展主导因果反馈关系图中,寻找一体化战略的优势。按照更加严谨的因果关系考察泛珠区域经济深化合作影响因素与约束条件,借鉴系统动力学原理找出经济发展的根源,并从建立完善有效的市场、促进区域金融中心建设、加强科技成果转化和信息高度共享等角度提出相应的政策建议。

This paper establishes a basic analyzing framework for the regional economic integration in the Pan-Pearl River Delta from the perspective of systemic dynamics, and explores the advantages of the integration strategy from its dominant causal feedback relation of the regional economic development. It investigates the influencing factors and constraints of the in-depth economic cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta and provides polieies and suggestions for building perfect and effective market, promoting the construction of regional financial centre, strengthening the transformation from technology to production and the information sharing.
